This is my closest supermarket so I frequent often. Usually a pleasant experience except for today. It was 2:15pm I had five items and not using a basket, I went through the smoke check out instead of self serve, the girl asked me if I needed a bag as I put my items on the counter and I said I had one and pulled it out straight away, she had already scanned three items and sat them on the bench the next two were put in my bag and on top of one of the handles that had fallen inside the bag, she had no intentions of putting the other items in the bag which I did after I freed up the handle. There were no customers behind me and it is a public holiday - Australia Day. I just hope she was not getting paid at the Public holiday rate because her service or lack of was dismal.

An exceptionally well presented shopping adventure. Catering for the folk of the New Lambton area & surrounds. Best shop around if you're looking for fresh produce and a great variety too. They sell a freshly squeezed orange juice that is always yummy to drink, and the delicious smell of the bagged popcorn always gets me buying more because it reminds me of the cinema popcorn and my kids love it :) The service is generally fantastic as well. No complaints here :)

Always request your docket & check it because frequent errors have been made, over-charging on the shelf price has happened too many times to be confident in their system. The shelf price should be the same as the price at checkout but often isn't.

Great range of vegan options, staff are really nice and friendly. Convenient parking too. Price are relatively high though.

Best IGA for gluten free food! They have an incredible range of different options catering to all dietary needs! It's a good 30minutes away from my home but so happy to drive for the great range they offer. They're also really open to suggestions for what to stock!

A nice, kind of trendy supermarket that has everything one could need. Has the feel of a Harris Farm Market but it's an iga. Surprisingly roomy and well stocked.
